I DO NOT ALLOW MY ART TO BE USED FOR A.I. OR NFTs.

I retain the right to decline any commission request for any reason. (Lack of confidence, discomfort, etc.)

Do not claim my art as your own or alter the artwork without my consent.

The price mentioned is for personal use only. Posting the commission with proper credit given is a must.

Do not reproduce my art for profit or use it commercially (such as merchandise, vtubing) unless you pay for the commercial use fee.

Completion time may vary. I do not currently accept hard deadlines. It depends on many factors such as: Health, commission slot, complexity, work, in-real-life issues. Expect me to finish your commission in 1 week - 2 months. I will inform you if I need more time.

Feel free to ask for progress updates, but don't rush me.

I might ask a lot of questions regarding the commission's details.

In the situation where you do obtain the sketch or lineart, you may not profit from the sketch or lineart via tracing or using any section as a YCH (Your Character Here) template.

I have the right to publish your commission online for my portfolio unless requested otherwise.

If you go against the TOS, I have the right to blacklist you and inform other artists.

Progress of one’s commission may be inquired by DMing me on toyhou.se, discord, or email. Twitter is broken most of the time, so I don't recommend it.

I prefer to be given references when you commission me. Commissions with only written descriptions will require an additional $10 fee.

Additional fees may be added depending on the complexity of the request, such as detailed clothing or alternate color palettes.

If the client does not respond within two weeks during WIP checks, then the commission is considered canceled. Any payments paid will be final and cannot be refunded.

First revision will be free of charge. Additional revisions will have an additional $5 fee.

Any rejected concept, sketch, etc. may be used for future personal and/or commission work and may not be used by the commissioner without prior permission.

All prices are in USD (IDR prices TBA)

I accept payment via Paypal (Friends & Family). If you are uncomfortable with this, you may send payment through Kofi instead. (1 kofi = 5 USD)

Payment will be requested in full price after confirmation of the sketch unless stated otherwise.

For orders over USD 150/IDR 1.250.000, there will be a 50% down payment before working on the sketch. Payment must be paid in full within 1 month.

All the prices listed include Paypal fees

Refunds will only be given if I decide to cancel the commission.
